Description: Antifoamzerabreak W

Antifoamzerabreak W is a liquid defoamer based on ethoxylated alcohols and vegetable oils, with a 20% active content, designed to prevent and eliminate foam formation in industrial aqueous systems. It works by reducing the surface tension of the liquid film surrounding air bubbles, promoting their rupture and collapse. Its formulation allows rapid dispersion in water, high chemical stability, and effective defoaming performance across a wide range of operating conditions.

The product is fully miscible in water and chemically stable across a broad pH range. Its silicone-free and fluoro-silicone-free formulation ensures high compatibility in processes where such compounds may negatively affect final product performance or process efficiency.

During handling of the defoamer, facilities must be kept clean, well-ventilated, pest-controlled, and maintained under a documented cleaning and sanitation program. Personnel must follow strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and personal hygiene standards, including frequent hand washing, appropriate protective clothing, no jewelry, and continuous training in hygienic practices.

Upon receipt, the emulsion must be inspected and stored under controlled conditions of cleanliness, temperature, and humidity, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Packaging materials must be food-grade, provide adequate moisture protection, be inspected prior to use, and cleaned and disinfected when necessary, ensuring complete drying.

Repacking must be performed in clean and sanitized areas using appropriate equipment, with controlled temperature and humidity, visual product inspection, and full batch traceability, minimizing exposure time. The repacked product must be stored with clear labeling, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight, at ambient temperature (preferably below 25°C) and under controlled humidity conditions.

Once the original container is opened, it is recommended to use the contents as soon as possible to maintain product quality.
