Description

Antifoamzerabreak is an advanced defoamer formulation based on ethoxylated alcohols and vegetable oils, containing 80% active ingredients. It is specifically designed to prevent and suppress foam formation in industrial processes by reducing the surface tension of the liquid film surrounding air bubbles, causing them to collapse rapidly. This mechanism improves process efficiency in applications where excessive foam can interfere with production performance.

Antifoamzerabreak is supplied as a dark brown, viscous liquid with a characteristic odor. At 25 ± 2°C, it exhibits a viscosity of up to 2,500 cP, providing sufficient flowability for easy handling while maintaining effective defoaming performance. The product contains a minimum of 75% total solids (at 100°C), ensuring a high concentration of active components for maximum efficiency. It remains chemically stable within a pH range of 3.0 to 7.0, making it suitable for use in both acidic and neutral process conditions. Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months without significant loss of performance.

Performance testing has demonstrated excellent defoaming efficiency. Under agitation at 450 oscillations per minute for 10 seconds, foam formation remains below 0.5 cm, indicating that Antifoamzerabreak effectively suppresses foam generation under dynamic process conditions and integrates easily into a wide variety of industrial systems.
