Description

Antifoamzerabreak is an advanced formulation composed of ethoxylated alcohols and vegetable oils, with an 80% active content. It is designed to prevent and reduce foam formation in industrial processes by lowering the surface tension of the liquid film surrounding air bubbles, causing them to collapse. This mechanism enables the optimization of various industrial processes where foam may interfere with efficiency, improving overall performance.

Antifoamzerabreak is supplied as a dark brown viscous liquid with a characteristic odor. Its viscosity at 25 ± 2 °C is up to 2,500 cP, providing sufficient flowability for effective action without being excessively fluid. The product has a total solids content of at least 75% at 100 °C, ensuring a high active concentration and enhanced effectiveness. In terms of chemical stability, it performs effectively within a pH range of 3.0 to 7.0, making it suitable for both acidic and neutral environments. Shelf life is one year under proper storage conditions, ensuring long-term stability without loss of performance.

In agitation tests, Antifoamzerabreak demonstrates excellent performance, with foam formation below 0.5 cm when agitated at 450 OSC/min for 10 seconds. This confirms that in practical applications the product does not generate excessive foam, facilitating its integration into various industrial systems.
